Rising Gen Coaching
Rising Gen Coaching supports individuals from enterprising families navigate the unique complexities that comes with being a member of these family structures,
I offer individual coaching sessions as well as Rising Gen Evolution -
a flexible 11-session framework designed to empower Rising Gens.
Grounded in family systems, relational insight, compassionate inquiry, and evidence-based communication skills, this program offers a strengths-based approach to help Rising Gens gain insight, feel empowered, and ultimately flourish in life.
Psychedelic Integration
For those who have chosen to work with psychedelics, I offer psychedelic integration. Alongside coaching, I work as a lead psychedelic facilitator in clinical trials and am passionate about the healing potential of psychedelics and see psychedelic integration as the key to unlocking long-lasting transformation.
