Meet Dr. Cahill

Growing up in an enterprising family, Jen is inspired to support Rising Gens as they navigate the complex challenges and opportunities of generational wealth. She helps Rising Gens cultivate insight and confidence, so they feel empowered to flourish within their families, enterprises, and communities. Jen holds a PhD in Family Therapy and an MBA, providing her with an extensive understanding of family systems, blending relational and business insight into her work.
